🛡 Return & Exchange Policy – Fiori di Luce
Due to the nature of our fragrance products — including concentrated oils and air sprays — which can be easily opened and partially used without visible signs, we enforce a strict and final return policy.

🚫 We do NOT accept any returns or exchanges in the following cases:
If the product has been opened or the seal has been broken.
If the product has been used or tested, even partially.
If any label, cap, or protective seal has been removed.
If no issue is reported immediately of delivery.
For personal preference (such as disliking the scent).
For items purchased under special offers or sales.

✅ Returns or exchanges are ONLY accepted in the following exceptional cases:
1. The item received is completely different from what was ordered.

2. The item arrived clearly damaged, such as leaking, broken, or defective packaging.
All issues must be reported immediately of delivery, with clear photographs of the product and the external packaging.
